Matrix Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for a private duty nursing opportunity in the Opa -locka area.

This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys one -on -one patient care in the home setting and has experience supporting higher -acuity patients.

Position Details:

Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse private duty nursing case

Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Home care setting

Immediate need

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care in the home setting

Monitor patient condition and report changes as needed

Assist with trach, vent, and G -tube care as required

Follow the patient’s plan of care

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Communicate professionally with the clinical team and family

Requirements

Active Florida Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license

Vent and trach experience required

G -tube experience preferred

Home care or private duty nursing experience preferred

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Reliable transportation

Strong clinical skills and documentation ability

Dependable, compassionate, and patient -focucs
