Bilingual Facilities Coordinator (CA-Hayward)

We are seeking a reliable and skilled facility specialist to support our fast-paced food production and
restaurant operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the safety, functionality, and
efficiency of our foodservice equipment and facility infrastructure.
 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and basic repairs on kitchen equipment and building systems.
• Coordinate service visits with outside vendors to address facility and equipment issues quickly.
• Assist with new store openings, remodels, and closures by reviewing and preparing facility assets.
• Ensure each location meets safety, sanitation, and operational standards.
• Conduct on-site assessments and record findings using digital reporting tools.
• Partner with operations and facilities leadership to support upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Source and purchase tools, spare parts, and operational supplies; maintain accurate parts inventory and establish re-order levels
• Manage surplus equipment inventory, including evaluation, storage organization, transfer between stores, resale, or disposal
• Maintain a clean, organized workshop and service vehicle to ensure efficiency and safety

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade certifications are preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, restaurant support, or a similar hands-on role.
• Solid mechanical skills with basic understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and comfortable traveling between store locations 
• Computer proficiency required
• Self-driven, detail-focused, and comfortable working both independently and alongside a team.
• Language: English required. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Weekday, and Weekends as needed, 8:00AM – 4:30 PM
