Eliot's Community Service Agency (CSA) serves children and youth (through age 21) and their families who are in need of support in managing and coordinating services. Eliot is excited to align these essential CSA services with the catchment area of our established Community Behavioral Health Centers (CBHCs) to offer a seamless and effective community-based continuum of care.

The ideal candidate for the Bilingual Family Partner - CSA position is a compassionate and experienced parent or caregiver of a youth with special needs, particularly in behavioral health, who has firsthand knowledge of navigating child and family service systems. They possess strong communication, advocacy, and collaboration skills, and are committed to empowering families while supporting them in accessing community resources and achieving their care plan goals.
