At Affordable Home Furnishings, we believe buying furniture and appliances should feel personal-not like a high-pressure sales experience. We're looking for someone who is fluent in English and Spanish and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Many of our customers are Spanish-speaking families who appreciate being able to shop in their native language. If you enjoy building relationships, making people feel comfortable, and helping customers find what fits their home and budget, we'd love to meet you.

Pay: $30,000–$35,000 per year

What You'll Do

• Welcome customers and provide outstanding service in both English and Spanish.


• Help families find furniture, mattresses, appliances, and electronics that fit their needs.


• Build lasting customer relationships that bring people back for years.


• Use Facebook and other social media to help promote the store and connect with the community.


• Participate in local marketing and customer outreach.


• Process customer applications and payments.


• Enter customer information accurately.


• Price merchandise and help maintain an attractive showroom.


• Meet monthly sales goals while providing honest, friendly service.


• Assist with general store operations and administrative duties.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is fluent in both English and Spanish.


• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships.


• Has a positive, outgoing personality.


• Is dependable and self-motivated.


• Has sales or customer service experience (preferred).


• Has social media experience (preferred).


• Is comfortable using computers and basic office software.

Schedule: 40-45 hours per week

• Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM


• Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM


• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM


• Sunday: Closed

Employees generally receive one weekday off in addition to Sundays. Hours may vary based on business needs.
