Bilingual HEO Roadwork Construction - Exciting Challenge

Seeking a Finish Motor Grader Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Atlanta, GA and Norcross, GA!

Full-time (40 hours) and full benefits.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00/per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Perform either rough or fine grade finishing, precisely spreading and mixing materials in order to dry and prep roads.
• Construct road surface to precise grade specifications
• Lay cold mix, and/or shave and rip out old road surfaces
• Operates trucks of various sizes and weights in the loading, hauling, and unloading of various equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Operates trucks and construction or power equipment, such as mechanized broom, backhoe, man-lift, dump truck, road grader, front-end loader, hydraulic excavators, skid steers and inductor.
• Perform daily maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Assist in digging ditches, trenches, and other tasks related to roadside construction.
• Assist in traffic control device installation and maintenance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
• 3 to 5 years of heavy equipment operating experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Flexibility to work weekends and outside normal hours.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate equipment controls.
  Work in and around highway or roadside construction areas.
