In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their hotel reservations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Dutch-speaking clients with hotel booking inquiries and reservations through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide detailed information about hotel options, amenities, and pricing to help clients make informed decisions.
• Process bookings accurately, ensuring all client preferences are correctly captured and confirmed.
• Handle customer issues or inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, aiming for a high level of client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings in our CRM system.
• Stay updated on hotel trends, properties, and offers to provide clients with the best options available.

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is essential.
• Experience in hotel reservations, customer service, or relevant fields is preferred.
• Strong passion for travel and knowledge of hotel offerings and destinations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Able to effectively manage client concerns and provide swift solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software is advantageous.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
