JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: HR Administrator
REPORTS TO: Director of HR
JOB SUMMARY:
The Human Resource Administrator will be responsible for the recruiting and onboarding of employees, assisting with New Hire Orientation, maintaining the organization of employee documentation, while assisting the HR team with other administrative tasks. This position works closely with the Director of HR and other HR team members. A general understanding of basic HR practices is required.
