Bilingual Human Resources Recruiting Supervisor
Location: Brandon, SD

Are you passionate about recruiting, employee development, and creating a positive workplace culture? PIPESTONE is seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Recruiting Supervisor to help attract, onboard, and support employees across our organization while building strong relationships with team members and farm operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead recruiting efforts for exempt and non-exempt positions across multiple locations
• Coordinate and support new employee onboarding and orientation programs
• Monitor and assist with employee mentor programs and retention initiatives
• Partner with production teams to support on-farm employee development
• Schedule interviews and meetings while supporting HR projects and initiatives
• Create and manage job advertisements and recruitment activities
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Swine industry or agricultural background preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel to various company locations as needed
• Ability to participate in meetings and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
