We're a growing agency in Mesa, AZ, looking to add a driven, relationship-focused Bilingual Sales Representative to our team of 7. This is an in-person, office-based role.

What You'll Do

• Source and convert warm leads into new business — no cold calling required
• Focus 90% of your time on new customer acquisition
• Serve and grow our expanding Spanish-speaking client base
• Provide initial customer service and support for your book of business through the first renewal
• Build long-term client relationships rooted in trust and value
• Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing coaching, in-office

What We Offer

Compensation

• Base salary: $40,000 Starting
• Commission and bonus structure with multiple earning opportunities
• Kickers on individual lines

Support & Resources

• 30+ new leads daily from internet leads, Google/Facebook ads, and referrals
• ~$3,500/month agency investment in lead generation to keep your pipeline full
• Daily in-person coaching and team huddles led by a leadership team focused on your growth

Schedule & Location

• Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM
• Flexible team huddle times
• Fully in-person at our Mesa, AZ office — this is not a remote or hybrid position

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Must be based in or able to reliably commute to Mesa, AZ
• Sales experience preferred; insurance experience a plus but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lead-driven environment
• Must already hold a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license
