What You’ll Do:

• Be the First Connection: Provide top-tier service to clients, physicians, and caseworkers while managing incoming referrals.
  
  


• Navigate the Process: Verify insurance eligibility and coordinate with MCOs (Managed Care Organizations), Maximus, and 2-1-1.
  
  


• Personalize Care: Conduct home visits to guide clients through documentation and make them feel at ease.
  
  


• Drive Results: Manage high-volume calls and follow-ups with accuracy and a sense of urgency.

What You’ll Need:

• Language: Professional fluency in English and Spanish (Required).
  


• Expertise: Experience in insurance verification, medical records, or patient financial services.
  


• Skills: A basic understanding of MCOs and a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  


• Mindset: Exceptional communication skills and a "people-first" attitude.


• Flexibility: Ability to work overtime as needed to support our clients.

  • Associate degree in a related field.
    
  
  
  • 1–2 years of healthcare office experience.
