Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for STRIDE Community Health Center in Aurora, Colorado.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide outpatient behavioral health services within an integrated primary care environment
• Complete psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and ongoing therapy
• Deliver compassionate behavioral health services to a diverse and underserved patient population
• Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health providers, care coordinators, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Practice in a mission-driven community health center with established workflows and strong administrative support

COMPENSATION
• $72,000-$82,000 Annual Salary
• Student Loan Repayment Eligibility up to $50,000
• Relocation Assistance Available

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities
