Minimum Qualifications: HS Diploma/GED required Experience teaching in a licensed preschool setting  Must be at least 18 years old Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and speaking) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field, OR CDA (Child Development Associate Certification), AND 5-10 years of teaching experience in a licensed childcare setting, OR 2-3 years of experience in a Montessori school setting Why You’ll Love Working Here: People-Focused Culture: At Kido, our team members are always at the top of our priority list.
