What Role Will You Play?

As an Infant or Toddler Teacher at Kïdo, you’ll:

  • Provide warm, responsive care while building strong relationships with children and families.
  • Support developmental milestones through engaging activities and our rich, easy-to-use curriculum, while adding your own creative ideas.
  • Communicate with families daily through conversations, messaging, and photos to share each child’s growth and learning.
  • Collaborate with your teaching team to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Bring energy, patience, and passion to every day as you help children learn, explore, and thrive.

Minimum Qualifications

  • HS Diploma/GED required
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Experience working in a licensed preschool or childcare setting
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field, OR
  • A CDA (Child Development Associate Certification)
  • 2–3 years’ experience in an infant/toddler classroom or Montessori school setting
