• Warmly greeting and assisting prospective residents, providing informative tours of available apartment homes within our South Portfolio.
• Effectively communicating in both English and Spanish to understand applicant needs and guide them through the leasing process.
• Facilitating the application and lease signing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Providing excellent and compassionate customer service to residents, addressing their questions and concerns promptly to maintain a harmonious community.
• Contributing to a positive and respectful community environment.
• Maintaining organized records and utilizing property management software (experience with Yardi & Rent Cafe preferred).

• Communicates fluently and professionally in both English and Spanish (required).
• Has a genuine desire to connect with and support residents in their housing needs, contributing to a strong community spirit.
• Is reliable, responsible, and takes pride in your work.
• Displays empathy and patience when interacting with residents and applicants.
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage administrative tasks effectively.
• Works effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Has at least one year of experience in residential leasing.

• Have 1+ year of experience in multi-family leasing.
• Be fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Possess a valid Driver’s License in good standing, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.
• Have experience with Google Suite.
• Familiarity with property management software (Yardi & Rent Cafe preferred).
• Be reliable in attendance.
