Bilingual Legal Assistant (Personal Injury)

Peregrine Team is hiring for Legal Assistants (Personal Injury) in Beverly Hills, CA. This position is a full-time, contract to hire role with full benefits and competitive pay.  

Pay: $20 - $30/hour

Job Duties:

• Initiate and set up new claims with relevant insurance companies.
• Obtain and review medical documentation and bills related to the injury.
• Gather necessary documents and information from insurance companies.
• Evaluate and assess incoming calls for potential new cases.
• Obtain estimates for any property damage associated with the case.
• Keep clients informed about their case progress, pain levels, and treatment updates.
• Draft initial demand letters outlining the claim and settlement requests.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have experience with pre-litigation personal injury cases.
• Can type at least 45 wpm.
• Bilingual Spanish speaker is a must.
• Organized and can handle many tasks at once.
• Must be a team player.
• Candidate must be eager to learn, grow, and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability.
