MIND & MOBILITY Home Care Centers, one of the most reputable healthcare organizations in South Florida, is now looking for an exceptional, Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team initially as an Independent Contractor. Due to COVID-19, we are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services via telemedicine. You will work with clients in an outpatient community mental health setting remotely from the comfort of your home. Duties include but not limited to:

Providing psychotherapy services as an Independent Contractor, to our older adult patients.

Provide therapy services to the Geriatric Community using Telehealth.

Provide services to the Geriatric Community as a social worker and helping patients find the resources necessary to maintain their lifestyle – from the right doctor to medical equipment and more.

Requirements

Counselors must be licensed in Florida as a LCSW to provide counseling

NOTE: Unfortunately, if you are an intern or if you require supervision to provide counseling services, you cannot be a provider for Mind & Mobility at this time.

Experience counseling geriatric patients using Telehealth

Excellent written communication

Reliable Internet connection

Currently residing in the US

Able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening including finger prints
