Bilingual Loan IQ System Engineer

We are seeking a Japanese-English bilingual candidate who is well-experienced in Loan IQ systems to support Japanese Bank’s loan system migration projects.  

• Client (industry): IT Services 

• Working Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid 2-3 days/week) 

• Working hours: 9am - 6pm 

• Employment Type: Contract, Full-time 

• Pay: $65 - $71.50/hour (DOE) 

Job Overview 

Support and define business and functional requirements for migration projects from the current loan system (ACBS) to LOAN IQ system. Also perform GAP analysis and data mapping.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform GAP analysis for financial institutions to prepare for migration to Loan IQ systems 

• As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), have functional and operational knowledge of the activities carried out by various teams. 

• Support each client based on their business needs. 

• Assess the impact of proposed changes and clarify what impacts it may have on the business. 

• Document all business and functional requirements of the loan IQ migration project. 

Requirements/Qualifications  

• Fluency in Japanese and English required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field/experience 

• Extensive knowledge of banking systems and practices 

• More than 3 years of experience with Banking Systems 

• Knowledge and understanding of Bank Loan Systems 

• Experience in Loan IQ of ACBS data analysis (SQL skills required) 

• Previous experience in migration projects from ACBS (or similar system) to Loan IQ is strongly preferred
