LVN Case Manager

Nurse needed to perform behavior health screenings via phone

Call center environment

Through a brief scripted screening, the Screener will assist in the detection of at-risk patients for behavioral health related conditions.

Experience with psychotropic medications important

Behavioral health, social work or gerontology experience is a plus

Heavy typing skills important
