Bilingual Machine Operator - Entry Level - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Link Staffing is seeking Machine Operator candidates who are dependable and looking for an excellent career opportunity. We have multiple temp-to-hire positions available, and permanent hire is based on performance. Physical Requirements:

• Able to work for a range of 8-19 hours.

Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

• Set up the machines as instructed by the published procedures.
• Operate the machines as instructed by the published procedures.
• Complete the Work Orders properly and record the required data accurately.
• Always follow the General Safety Rules of the company as well as safety guidelines within published procedures and report any identified safety hazards to a supervisor or manager.
• Wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain required attendance and punctuality as scheduled to meet production goals.
• Always maintain a clean work environment.
• Perform other functions and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

• One year of experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

• Ability to safely operate various hand-held tools and power tools.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-pressured, and fast-paced environment.

• Ability to comprehend production requirements.

• Ability to speak, read, and write the English language fluently.

SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY 6AM-3:30PM
