We are currently looking for a Bilingual Manager (Banking Industry) to join our Enterprise Solutions No. 1 Department in our New York Office

[Job Overview]

Key Responsibilities:

· This position will enhance the client's financial business and overall business efficiency.

· Engaging closely with clients in the financial business to effectively manage conversations and organize issues into actionable requirements.

· Successfully strengthen client's financial business through proactive leadership and strategic initiatives.

· Efficiently manage business operations, including budget tracking, resource control, sales, project proposals, and global strategy development.

· Demonstrate effective project management, ensuring clear WBS creation, progress monitoring, and timely stakeholder reporting.

· Utilize deep knowledge of financial business to align client needs with business requirements effectively.
 

The right candidate will possess:

· Proven experience and track record in proactive business leadership,

· Strong project management skills, including proficiency in WBS creation, progress tracking, issue, risk, and quality management.

· Experience in web application development.

· Experience in leading teams of 10-20 members within an organization
 

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

· Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with stakeholders.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in financial business.

· Leadership experience and team management skills would be beneficial, particularly in guiding cross-functional teams and achieving organizational goals.

· Relevant certifications in project management in Banking.
