Job Overview:
As the Accounting Manager for our client''s USA business unit, you will spearhead the daily accounting and financial operations, playing a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and financial excellence. Reporting to the U.S. Director, you will engage in weekly correspondence (in Mandarin) with key stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, and Controller based in Ningbo, China (Global HQ).
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese
- CPA certification
- Minimum of 3 years'' experience as an accounting manager or controller
- Proficient in overseeing AP, AR, and state and federal tax filings
- Bachelor''s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
- Demonstrated strong personal creditworthiness
- Experience creating Excel Pivots and data modeling tables

Profile needed
- Lead daily accounting processes utilizing tools such as Quickbooks, Concur, and Oracle
- Prepare monthly financial reports and conduct GL reconciliations
- Manage sales tax and state and federal tax filings through third-party providers
- Oversee payroll processing through third-party vendors
- Coordinate monthly sales agent reporting and payments
- Conduct OPEX flux analysis reports and profitability reporting using Power BI and Excel Pivots
- Provide proactive financial analysis and recommendations
- Develop and implement company accounting and financial processes
- Collaborate with operations to troubleshoot and implement solutions
- Develop financial forecast models to drive informed decision-making
