About the Opportunity

In this role, you’ll support daily clinic operations, assist staff, help maintain organization, and ensure patients receive outstanding service from check -in to check -out. If you’re organized, compassionate, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Help keep clinic operations running efficiently and support smooth patient flow
  
• Welcome and assist patients in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
  
• Support staff onboarding and training to help maintain clinic standards
  
• Monitor and organize medical supplies and equipment inventory
  
• Maintain a clean, professional, and patient -friendly clinic environment
  
• Assist the healthcare team in meeting daily performance goals and operational standards
  
• Help solve problems quickly and contribute to a positive workplace culture
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Medical Office Assistant, Medical Assistant, Healthcare Administrator, or similar role
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Experience using Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Microsoft Office
  
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  
• Ability to work well in a busy, team -oriented environment
  
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
