Bilingual Medical Receptionist/Scheduler (Full-Time)

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Medical Receptionist/Scheduler to join our fast-paced Family Medicine Department. The ideal candidate will be professional, dependable, proactive and able to provide exceptional customer service while handling multiple responsibilities in a busy medical office.

• Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments


• Greet and register patients upon arrival


• Collect payments and co-pays


• Communicate with patients via fax and text


• Collaborate with the team while managing individual responsibilities


• Deliver courteous, friendly, and professional service to all patients and visitors


• Remain calm and efficient under pressure in a high-volume environment

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare setting


• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)


• Friendly, positive demeanor with strong interpersonal skills


• Professional phone voice and telephone etiquette


• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
