About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Medical Service Representative to serve as the face of our Virtual Patient Care platform. You will be charged with ensuring that our patients have the best experience possible as they enter our virtual platform. You will be responsible for answering patient questions and concerns while also providing guidance to our Medical Service Representatives when necessary. You will serve as a liaison between our patients and LifeMD Southern Patient Care so professionalism and expert customer service skills are a must.
