BILINGUAL Mental health Therapist (LSW)/ (LAC)(MSW)

The Mental health Therapist (LSW/LAC)(MSW) provides individual, therapy to clients with a variety of mental health needs. including coordinating care with other providers, advocating for clients, and providing education and support to clients and their families.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, therapy to clients with a variety of mental health needs, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each client.
• Conduct assessments of client needs and progress.
• Coordinate care with other providers, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses.
• Advocate for clients and their families, as needed.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate records of client care.
• Participate in professional development activities.
• “Hybrid care delivery: conduct sessions both virtually (telehealth/video) and onsite at our clinic; ability to transition between modalities is required.”

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited program.
• Licensed clinical social worker (LSW) or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience providing mental health services.
• Strong clinical skills and judgment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to social justice and equity.
