Bilingual Mortgage Loan Officer Assistant

Skills & Experience Needed:

• 1-2 years of Mortgage Industry Experience


• Loan Origination Software Experience, Encompass Preferred


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service attitude


• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese


• Ability to effectively prioritize and see tasks to completion


• Confidentiality and a sense of responsibility

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare documentation necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork


• Review loan package documentation for discrepancies or omissions


• Follow up and respond to internal and external inquiries


• Provide administrative support through the loan application process

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
