Schedule Details:

Marketing Concierges maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to guest travel trends and business requirements. You need to be available for any assigned shift during operating hours from 6:30 AM to 9:30 PM.

As a Bilingual Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Promoting and booking vacation ownership presentations, previews, and the sale of mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site guests and visitors.
• Providing concierge services to guests by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities.
• Distributing approved promotional information and providing excellent customer service to all guests while projecting a professional company image.
• Assisting in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule that includes evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual Proficiency in Japanese (speak, read, and write) and English (speak, read, and write).
• High School diploma or an equivalent amount of relevant experience.
• Basic computer skills with the capability to learn.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• In-depth familiarity with the island of Hawaii along with the skill to outline activities, restaurants, and destinations across the island.
• Previous experience working in a commission-based sales or marketing environment.
• Preferred candidates to be located in Hawaii and have knowledge of Island activities.
