Bilingual Nurse Manager

Elizabeth, NJ | Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Salary: $90,000- $100,000/ annually plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus! 

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a Bilingual Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse Clinical Manager to lead our Assistive Care State Programs office in Elizabeth, NJ. This role blends leadership, clinical oversight, and meaningful one-on-one client impact to clients of all ages throughout Union County.

Responsibilities for a RN Nurse Manager:

•  Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.


• Provide clinical oversight for assistive care state program clients throughout Union County


• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized care plans


•  Supervise, mentor, and support Home Health Aides in the field
  


•  Facilitate new hire orientation.
  


•  Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
  

Qualifications for a RN Nurse Manager:

• Active RN license


• 2+ years of RN experience


• Spanish fluency required


• Home care or supervisory experience preferred, not required
