Job Description - Bilingual Office Assistant

Front Desk Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and support as needed

Assist with mail distribution, scheduling and light clerical tasks

Ensure the office area is tidy, organized and fully stocked with supplies

Front Desk Experience/Requirements:

Proficient in Spanish or Ukrainian

Verbal and written English communication skills

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

A polished and confident presence
