Bilingual Onboarding and Credentialing Specialist
Hybrid - Brooklyn Park, MN | Full-Time | Day Hours

Mains’l is seeking a Bilingual Onboarding and Credentialing Specialist to support the setup and ongoing credentialing of vendors and employees in our Self-Determination Program. In this role, you’ll partner with our FMS team to ensure documentation is accurate, compliant, and processed efficiently - helping individuals access and manage the services they need.

Position: Onboarding and Credentialing Specialist
Salary: $53,560 - $60,174.40 based on FMS experience and language skills
Schedule: Hybrid - Combination of in-office (Brooklyn Park) and remote work, with in-person training and team meetings required

Key Responsibilities:

Follow all internal policies, procedures, processes, and internal controls, providing FMS services within accordance with all contracts and regulations.
Act as a resource to address participant and stakeholder questions related to self-directing services.
Process program documents, including employee paperwork, vendor invoices and enrollment forms, following established procedures and timelines.
Conduct detailed reviews of payroll; perform data entry and review of payable invoices; and support individuals in managing their service budget and expenditure.
Establish and maintain credential tracking systems for vendors and employees; conduct monthly reviews and follow up on expirations.

What You’ll Bring:

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with financial management systems, with a focus on budgeting accuracy and data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong mathematical and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal instruction while seeking assistance when needed.
Capacity to manage a high volume of daily communications and processing deadlines.
Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
College degree preferred.
