We are looking for a Bilingual Onsite Implementation Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for coordinating and the physical installation of a Restaurant POS. This could include but not limited to: Performing a site readiness survey, installing the POS, training the staff and managers on use of the product and related materials for up to two weeks and upselling other pieces of our product suite that may benefit the owners in running their business. You will need to have a vast knowledge of restaurants and how they operate. The goal of this role is to aid in setting up the business to run more successfully and efficiently prior and immediately following the installation of Restaurant POS

Essential Functions: 

• Hardware install- workstations, pin pads, printers, cash drawers, switches, and other hardware devices that integrate with RPOS. 


• Install router/ firewall, patch cables, cable management 


• Onsite training and live support 


• Menu/system functionality changes 


• Reporting training and how to use this information to run business 


• Follow up meetings and calls with the merchant to ensure a successful transition 


• Pre and Post Installation  setup tasks


• Onsite/remote Site Readiness Visits


• Onsite/remote Troubleshooting


• Must be able to Travel 3-5 days per week (local and out-of-state)

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Spanish 


• 2+ years of experience with POS implementation, performing installations or working in restaurants


• Experience working in a wide variety of restaurant types is preferred


• Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure 


• Possess strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills


• Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Takes initiative to complete tasks, set goals, and follow through consistently. Proactive in identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.


• Excellent written and verbal English (second language is a bonus) communication skills


• Ability to interact with and coach a wide variety of stakeholder, ranging from restaurant managers and owners, to business executives and chefs 


• Knowledge of Travel Booking platforms

Compensation:

• The hourly pay ranges from $19.00 - $27.00 per hour for this position.. Offers will be reflective of the candidates location and experience.
