• Compensation: $20 per hour (based on experience) + Monthly Performance Bonuses

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site employee check-ins at least three times per week


• Provide on-site coverage for a minimum of two hours per visit


• Rotate visits to support 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift employees


• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and client supervisors


• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing employee support


• Handle administrative duties, including documentation, reports, and employee files


• Answer phones professionally and deliver excellent customer service


• Address employee concerns, escalating issues when appropriate


• Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance expectations


• Represent the organization in a positive, professional, and friendly manner

Qualifications & Preferences

Required:

• Bilingual in Spanish & English


• Strong customer service and communication skills


• Excellent phone etiquette


• Strong computer skills (email, data entry, basic office software)


• Ability to multitask and work independently


• Reliable transportation


• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and shift rotations

• Staffing, recruiting, or on-site management experience


• Outgoing, bubbly, and professional personality
