Bilingual Operations Analyst - Start Immediately

We are seeking a skilled Bilingual Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team at our Midland location. As an Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our operational efficiency and supporting our oil and gas production processes. Fluency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with our diverse workforce and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

-Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing operational performance.
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure adherence to production targets and regulatory requirements.
-Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate operational insights and recommendations to management.
-Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions to operations.
-Act as a liaison between field personnel, management, and external partners to facilitate effective communication and problem-solving.
