Bilingual Order Management Lead

Description

An order management specialist is responsible for managing the entire order lifecycle, from processing customer orders to ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment, while also handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements

Order Processing and Management:

• Entering and verifying customer orders: Ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and terms. 
• Updating inventory records: Tracking stock levels and ensuring accurate data. 
• Monitoring order status: Tracking orders from creation to completion and identifying potential delays or disruptions. 
• Managing order fulfillment: Coordinating with warehouse and shipping departments to ensure proper fulfillment. 
• Managing returns and exchanges: Handling defective or incorrect products. 
• Ensuring compliance: Adhering to company policies and procedures. 

Customer Service and Communication:

• Communicating with customers: Providing updates on order status, shipping details, and any potential issues. 
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints: Resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. 
• Serving as a point of contact: Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding their orders. 

Inventory and Logistics:

• Inventory management: Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate data. 
• Coordination with other departments: Collaborating with sales, logistics, and customer service teams. 
• Tracking and reporting: Generating reports on order status, backorders, and fulfillment timelines. 
• Vendor management: Managing relationships with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of goods. 
• Purchase order management: Processing and managing purchase orders.
