salary: $24 - $25 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 10 PM - 6 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

- bilingual(English and Spanish) required

-Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates

- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications

- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics with hiring managers and candidates

- Assist with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies

- Manage job postings on various platforms to ensure maximum visibility

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required

- Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on candidate progress

The essential functions of this role include:
