Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Location: Houston, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll work closely with our litigation team in a collaborative office environment.

Note: Applicants must be licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and have at least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience.

Job Description

  • Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from inception through resolution.
  • Meet with clients, build trust, and provide compassionate legal guidance throughout the litigation process.
  • Evaluate claims and develop effective litigation strategies.
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers to achieve favorable settlements.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
  • Conduct depositions, attend hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings.
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and strategy.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal support staff to achieve outstanding client outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
  • 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong negotiation and client communication skills.
  • Experience evaluating personal injury claims.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and team focused.
