Location: Palm Harbor, FL | On-SiteJoin our team in beautiful Palm Harbor, conveniently located near Clearwater, Dunedin, and the greater Tampa Bay area. This is an in-office opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating with attorneys and making a direct impact.

Note: We are seeking a paralegal fluent in English and Spanish with 2+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation case management. Strong legal drafting, organizational, and case management skills are important for success in this role.

Job Description

• Manage personal injury and civil litigation cases, coordinating deadlines, documentation, and case progress.
• Draft pleadings, motions, settlement demands, representation letters, and other legal correspondence.
• Assist attorneys with discovery, court filings, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Communicate professionally with English- and Spanish-speaking clients, attorneys, and other parties.
• Maintain accurate case files, organize medical records, and track litigation deadlines.
• Coordinate with attorneys to move cases efficiently toward resolution.
• Provide reliable, detail-oriented support throughout the litigation process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish required.
• Experience drafting legal documents and managing litigation deadlines.
• Familiarity with legal filings, discovery, and case management procedures.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple cases and working collaboratively with attorneys.
