The arrangement may be delayed for training or other job acclimation purposes and remains subject to change.\n\n## Your Responsibilities\n\nAs a Bilingual Precision Technology Implementation Specialist for John Deere Intelligent Solutions Group located in Moline, IL, you will work closely with select customers, internal teams and dealers to increase adoption and utilization of precision technology. This role involves a deep understanding of the functionality and fit of available solutions within a wide range of operations. In addition, you will:\n\n \n\u2022 Promote current and future capabilities of our technology solutions to target customers \n\u2022 Lead customers through the value creation and impact of supported solutions \n\u2022 Manage data driven implementation activities for various operational sizes and complexities \n\u2022 Train, onboard, and provide ongoing support to customers as they adopt and utilize our technology products \n\u2022 Provide feedback to the broader Product Management and Marketing organizations to help shape the direction of future products and implementation tactics \n\u2022 Partner with dealers and internal teams to incrementally support key initiatives via a higher touch approach than traditionally used \n\nVISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position\n\n## What Skills You Need\n\n * Spanish and English Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in Spanish and English, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences\n * Experience: Proven experience in successfully implementing precision agriculture technology in real farming operations\n * Flexibility: Willingness to travel and spend time in the field as needed to support customers and ensure successful technology deployment\n * Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of precision agriculture technologies, including hardware, software, and data management systems\n * Customer Knowledge: Ability to talk shop with customers, understand their production systems, and identify how technology can help improve their results\n * Action-Oriented: Bias towards action, with the ability to roll up sleeves and start doing to get the ball rolling\n * Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% with close proximity to a major airport\n\n\n\n## What Makes You Standout\n\n\u2022 Strong, demonstrated problem solving skills in both software and electrical applications \n\u2022 Demonstrated ability to innovate and apply precision technology within a spectrum of use cases and production systems \n\u2022 Experience across multiple software domains, including embedded systems, digital, and data engineering/analytics \n\u2022 Experience building effective relationships with customers/dealers, training specialists and documenting customer engagement \n\u2022 Demonstrated experience working broadly across John Deere, collaborating with multiple teams, functions, or business units to drive impact \n\n## Education \n\nIdeally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Business or related field. \n\n\n\nWhat You\u0027ll Get\n\nAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
