About the Role:

We are seeking a Bilingual Preschool Front Desk (English & Spanish) to join our team at Tiny Tunes Daycare in Bronx, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our families and play a key role in providing a warm and welcoming environment for our young students.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist families and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Answer phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records

Coordinate with teachers and staff to ensure smooth operations of the daycare

Provide support with enrollment and registration processes

Requirements:

Fluency in both English and Spanish

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Passion for working with young children and their families
