Garcia Roofing is looking for a bilingual Production Lead to manage the scheduling and communication that drive our projects forward. This full-time role starts at $55,000–$60,000 and is based primarily in the office—but you’ll also step into the field when needed to verify progress, handle customer escalations, or ensure warranty work gets done right.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the daily scheduling of crews, your team, materials, and job timelines
• Stay in close communication with customers from start to finish
• Coordinate across departments to keep jobs on time and on budget
• Own the warranty department—manage scheduling team, follow-up, and documentation
• Support, train, and hold team members accountable to performance standards
• Visit job sites a few times per month to check quality, address issues, or resolve escalations.
• Maintain clear job tracking and reporting using internal systems
• Spot issues early and escalate when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
• Clear communicator with strong follow-through
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts
• Comfortable in the field and office—can adapt and lead in both
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project or scheduling software is a plus
• Roofing or construction experience preferred but not required
