Bilingual Production Supervisor
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Position Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Production Supervisor to help lead daily operations in a growing manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting production employees, coordinating workflow, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a positive team culture.
This position is much more than production oversight. We are looking for a leader who can build strong relationships with employees, communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, and create an environment where people feel supported, respected, and accountable.
The ideal candidate is a servant leader who leads by example, develops trust with employees, and helps teams work through challenges while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Responsibilities
· Lead and support daily production operations
· Supervise production employees and provide coaching, guidance, and accountability
· Communicate company goals, expectations, and priorities in both English and Spanish
· Build positive working relationships with employees across multiple backgrounds and cultures
· Address employee concerns and help resolve workplace conflicts professionally
· Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules
· Partner with ownership and leadership to proactively identify and solve operational challenges
· Support employee training and onboarding efforts
· Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards throughout the facility
· Assist with workforce planning and scheduling as production needs change
· Promote a positive, team-oriented culture focused on respect, communication, and continuous improvement
· Utilize Microsoft Office and general computer systems for communication, scheduling, reporting, and production-related documentation
Qualifications
· Fluent in both English and Spanish
· Previous leadership experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or operations environments
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels
· Experience supervising teams and handling employee relations issues
· Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production demands
· Comfortable working in a hands-on leadership role on the production floor
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with general computer systems and day-to-day administrative tasks
Preferred Qualifications
· Manufacturing leadership experience
· Experience leading diverse and multicultural workforces
· Experience with employee training and development
· Bilingual leadership experience in a production environment
