Bilingual Production Manager - Manufacturing

The Mission

Lead and optimize production operations within our manufacturing facility, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality protective products. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Performance Objectives

• Production Planning: Collaborate with the planning team to develop and implement efficient production schedules that meet customer demand.​
  

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain top-quality standards across all products.​
  

• Team Leadership: Motivate and lead production teams, conducting performance evaluations and promoting a positive work environment.​
  

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing process efficiency and increasing output.​
  

• Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness.​
  

• Resource Management: Optimize the use of production resources, including equipment and personnel, to achieve production targets.​

• You are fluent in Cantonese or Mandarin, enabling effective communication within a diverse team. The team is 70% Cantonese, 20% Spanish, and 10% English. 
  

Requirements

• Must have served in the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Coast Guard, Space Force, Reserves, or National Guard.
  

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing facility managing production and/or quality.
  

• Fluency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a hard requirement.
  

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Manufacturing preferred.
