Job Summary

Join our team as a Bilingual Production Team Member that assists in the manufacturing of cured, in place pipe liners. Must be fluent in English and Spanish, exhibit a willingness to work as part of a team and demonstrate a positive attitude to complete a quality product in a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in translating verbal instruction from English to Spanish.
• Learn and follow all processes and procedures.
• Work Safely. Report all safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all quality procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Be willing to cross train in other areas. 
• Participate in required trainings.
• Work closely and cooperate with other team members.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Basic knowledge of common hand tools and manufacturing processes.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Possess basic math skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and self-manage.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. independently.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled.
• Bending, standing, walking, moving arms or shoulders, kneeling and crouching for extended amounts of time will be required.
• Moving forklifts will be present in production areas, must be able to hear horns to maintain safe working environment
