Thompson Law is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist for our San Antonio Office.

The Position:
The job will be a combination of front desk customer service, light housekeeping and organizing/ distributing office mail.

Responsibilities:

Answering incoming calls from existing clients
Assisting lawyers and paralegals in day-to-day activities
Organizing mail and scanning documents
Preparing correspondence
Delivering superior client service over the phone and in person

 
Qualifications:

Proficient computer and administrative skills (Microsoft office products)
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness and ability to interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person
Spanish-speaking proficiency
Energetic, outgoing, and collaborative demeanor
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service

 
Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of law firm experience, preferably working on personal injury cases.

 
Total Compensation Package:

Hourly/Salary to competitively match the entry-level to mid-level experience needed for the position
Excellent Bonus structure paid annually
