Job Description - Bilingual Receptionist

Midsouth Steel has an immediate need for a bilingual Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. The position will require work at both of our plants (located within a quarter mile of each other). This is a full-time position with benefits and growth potential.

Job duties will include:

Being the first point of contact for the company on the phone or at the front desk.
Handling the switchboard for all our facilities.
Organizing outgoing and incoming shipments and mail.
Creating and editing correspondence for company executives.
Creating and organizing spreadsheets for a variety of company needs.
Maintaining the access keys that are assigned to employees.
Manage mail for both facilities.
Manage and order office supplies as needed.
Translate for Spanish speaking employees as needed.
Maintain and update employee directory.
Various other clerical work as assigned by Supervisors and Upper Management.

Ideal Candidate will:

Flexibility to handle a variety of duties.
Speak Spanish fluently.
Have experience and intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office.
Be a good communicator.
Have a positive upbeat attitude.
Have a high level of organization.
