Bilingual Receptionist

What You’ll Handle

Multi Clean is hiring a Bilingual Receptionist to keep our front office running smoothly and ensure every caller and visitor is helped promptly and professionally. You’ll be the first point of contact and a key support for the team.

Key responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phones, route calls, and greet/direct visitors
- Translate between English and Spanish as needed
- Provide clerical support (typing, copying, faxing) and basic MS Word/Excel/email tasks
- Create and maintain files and filing systems; organize employment applications
- Keep the reception area neat, accurate, and confidential

Required qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (speaking and translating)
- Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and work well with others
- Able to pass a background check and drug test

Between interactions, you’ll spend focused time organizing paperwork and digital records, staying on top of details and protecting sensitive information. The day moves fast, so you’ll regularly reset your workspace, check priorities, and adjust smoothly when plans change—finishing the morning with everything orderly and ready for what’s next.
