Select Staff is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Recruiter for our Irving, TX branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to be a part of a growing organization and help contribute to the steady growth and great success we are experiencing! We are looking for someone with the following skill sets:

Strong customer service and excellent communication skills

Computer literate, strong analytical and problem solving skills, and able to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment.

Candidate MUST have a willingness to meet and exceed set goals and to think creatively (outside of the box).

This role will involve, but not be limited to:

Recruiting

Applicant screening

Interviewing, placing, and counseling employees·

Adequately evaluating skills and experience of applicants for successful placement ·

Listening to and applying constructive criticism·

Will work as part of a team, but must be able to work independently with little direction·

Must be able to work 40+ hours (including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends).

Must have excellent customer service skills, good clerical skills (type 40 – 50 wpm), and computer skills.

Applicant must be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Must be fluently BILINGUAL (Spanish/English)

Compensation: · $17 - $20 per hour DOE Plus monthly bonus program·
