Summary
Recruiting Advisor is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and placing qualified candidates with our client companies across a variety of industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure the recruitment process is efficient and effective, while maintaining a high level of customer service to both candidates and clients
Job Description:
1. Candidate Sourcing
Source candidates through job boards, social media, events, referrals, and advanced search techniques, while creating and posting engaging job ads to attract top talent.
2. Candidate Screening & Interviewing
Conduct recruiting calls, phone screens, and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit, while coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
3. Candidate Submission & Placement
Match and submit qualified candidates to account managers and finalize job assignment details with both candidates and clients.
4. Onboarding & Compliance
Complete all onboarding tasks including verifying paperwork, conducting E-Verify, background checks, and drug tests, and distributing orientation materials.
5. Candidate Engagement & Support
Maintain ongoing candidate engagement through check-ins, calls, and messaging; follow the WorkForce Standards of Service through communications with candidates and clients. Gather feedback, handle referrals, manage redeployments, terminations, and provide injury support when needed.
6. Internal Operations & Team Support
Support daily operations by participating in morning huddles to align team goals and priorities.

Physical Demands
Position may require individual to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel and reach on occasion.
Position may require frequent traveling to prospective and existing clients.
