Bilingual Resource Coordinator/QIDP/SDA

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a bilingual Resource Coordinator/SDA. As a Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support to individuals with disabilities who are self-directing their services. 

Responsibilities:

- Assist individuals with disabilities in managing their self-directed services

- Provide guidance and support to individuals in making informed decisions about their services

- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized service plans

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of services provided

- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest quality of care is provided

Salary:

Starting wage $21.18/hr.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field

- 1 or more years' experience working with individuals with disabilities required

- Knowledge of self-directed services and regulations

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
