Pay Rate: $45.50/hr
Per Diem: $125/Day (7 Days Per Week)
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
⏰ Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 Hours Per Week
Additional Schedule Details: Overtime opportunities are expected as the project ramps up. Candidates should be comfortable supporting increased manpower and evolving project demands.

Join a contractor supporting a large-scale data center construction project in Port Washington, WI. This opportunity provides hands-on safety leadership for a major drywall subcontractor with approximately 140 craft employees performing interior systems and drywall installation activities within a mission-critical construction environment.
The Construction Safety Manager will maintain a highly visible field presence while working directly with foremen, superintendents, craft personnel, subcontractors, and project leadership to identify hazards, maintain compliance, and support the safe execution of drywall installation, framing activities, material handling operations, elevated work, and interior buildout scopes.
Required Qualifications
✔ Bilingual Spanish/English Required
✔ OSHA 30 Construction Certification
✔ Minimum 3+ Years of Construction Safety Experience
✔ Strong ability to communicate safety expectations with English and Spanish-speaking craft personnel
Preferred Qualifications
⭐ Data Center Construction Experience
⭐ Drywall or Interior Systems Construction Experience
⭐ Experience Supporting Large Craft Workforces (100+ Employees)
⭐ Framing and Interior Buildout Experience
